Host your InfiForm forms on your own branded subdomain like yourbrand.infiform.com or custom domain.

Custom Subdomains & Domains

Deliver a completely white-labeled experience by serving your forms on a branded subdomain or custom domain.

1. Instant Branded Subdomain (Zero DNS Setup)

Every InfiForm organization can claim an instant branded subdomain directly from settings without configuring external DNS:

Configure Your Subdomain

  1. Navigate to Settings → General.
  2. In the Custom Subdomain input, enter your desired subdomain handle (e.g. acme).
  3. Click "Save changes".

Share Branded Form Links

Your forms are immediately accessible at:

https://acme.infiform.com/to/{form-slug}

Or directly via the root slug:

https://acme.infiform.com/{form-slug}

All SSL certificates are automatically provisioned and renewed with zero manual intervention.

2. Fully Custom Domain (e.g. forms.yourcompany.com)

If you want to host forms under your own standalone domain:

  1. Configure your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, AWS Route 53) with a CNAME record:
    • Type: CNAME
    • Host: forms (or your chosen subdomain)
    • Value / Target: cname.infiform.com
  2. Contact InfiForm support at support@infiform.com with your organization ID to finalize domain routing and edge SSL certificate provisioning.
