Welcome & Thank You Screens

The first and last impression of your form are critical for engagement and conversion. InfiForm provides dedicated Welcome Screens and End Screens to bookend your respondent's experience.

The Welcome Screen

A Welcome Screen gives respondents context before they begin answering questions:

• Header & Subtitle: Explain why you are collecting information and how long it will take (e.g. "Takes ~2 minutes to complete").
• Hero Image / Logo: Add your company branding or a visual header.
• Custom Button Label: Change the default "Start" text to "Begin Onboarding", "Claim Offer", or "Take Survey".
• Optional: You can disable the Welcome Screen if you prefer respondents to jump straight into Question 1 upon loading.

Thank You / Completion Screens

Once respondents submit their answers, you can present a personalized conclusion:

• Custom Confirmation Message: Thank the respondent and let them know what to expect next (e.g., "We'll be in touch within 24 hours").
• Social Sharing Buttons: Allow respondents to share your form on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or WhatsApp.
• Call-to-Action (CTA) Button: Direct respondents to your homepage, calendar booking link (Calendly, Cal.com), or special resource download.

Automated Post-Submission Redirects

Instead of displaying a static Thank You screen, you can automatically redirect respondents to an external URL immediately upon submission:

1. In the builder, select the End Screen settings.
2. Toggle "Redirect on Completion".
3. Enter your destination URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.com/thank-you or https://cal.com/your-team/demo).
4. (Optional) Pass submission query parameters: Append respondents' email or name dynamically to the redirect link (e.g. ?email={{email}}).
