Google Sheets & Airtable Sync
Keep your spreadsheets always up to date. InfiForm streams new submissions directly into Google Sheets and Airtable without requiring third-party tools.
Google Sheets Integration
Connect Google Account
In the form builder, navigate to the Connect tab and select Google Sheets. Authorize InfiForm to access your Google Drive.
Select or Create Spreadsheet
- Create New Spreadsheet: InfiForm automatically creates a formatted sheet with header columns matching your form questions.
- Use Existing Spreadsheet: Paste your Google Sheet URL and select the destination worksheet tab.
Real-Time Sync
Every new submission immediately appends a new row at the bottom of your sheet with a timestamp and all submitted answers.
Airtable Integration
- Connect your Airtable account via personal access token.
- Select your destination Base and Table.
- Map InfiForm questions to corresponding Airtable fields (Single line text, Email, Single select, Attachments, Rating).
- File uploads from InfiForm are passed directly into Airtable attachment fields.
Notion Databases
You can also sync form responses into a Notion database:
- Each submission creates a new Notion database page.
- Questions map directly to Notion properties (Title, Text, Multi-select, Email, Phone, Created Time).
