Organizations & Workspaces

Manage multiple client projects, brand assets, and forms in separate isolated workspaces.

Organizations & Workspaces

InfiForm supports multi-tenancy out of the box. Whether you are an agency managing dozens of client projects or an enterprise company with distinct departments, workspaces keep forms, integrations, and permissions completely isolated.

Switching Between Workspaces

In the top navigation bar of your Dashboard, click the Organization pill:

  • View all organizations you belong to.
  • Click any organization name to instantly switch workspaces.
  • Click "+ Create new organization" to spin up an isolated new workspace.

Workspace Settings

Each organization has its own settings:

  • Display Name & Slug: Customizes organization identity.
  • Custom Domains: Host forms on unique brand domains.
  • Billing & Plans: Independent subscriptions, credit allocations, and invoices.

Form Analytics & Drop-off Rates

Track views, starts, completions, average time to finish, and pinpoint high-friction questions.

Team Roles & Permissions

Invite colleagues, clients, and collaborators with role-based access control.
